Hi, I'm Andy Wilson!

I’ve been training people in Glebe and Balmain for 11 years, and have worked as a fitness instructor for 13 years overall, both in Australia and overseas. I’ve helped people from all walks of life achieve results, from professional athletes to people recovering from major injuries. I love what I do. Empowering you to make changes to your life is what Daybreak Fitness is all about. For me training is not just about changing your fitness and well-being, it’s about changing your self-perception. When you see your progression in training, and the results of your hard work, you change how you see yourself, you believe in your strength and you take control of the rest of your life. My background as a Family & Relationship Counsellor makes me the perfect person to support your endeavours. I’m looking forward to welcoming you to the community and helping you achieve your goals!

Welcome to Daybreak Fitness!

The purpose of Daybreak Fitness is simple. We focus on high quality exercise within a committed, supportive and fun training community. We’ve been running continuously at the same locations for over 14 years, and many of our members have been part of the group for most of that time. Why do people stick it out? Simple… It’s the community. The people you train with inspire, encourage and motivate you. You don’t just get a great training session, you get a network of people who will look out for you, cheer you on, laugh with you and support you.

The start of each day offers a unique opportunity to reset, refresh and refocus. That’s why we train in the morning. You’re free from the pressures of the day, you’re refreshed and you’re able to focus on training. Daybreak symbolises our focus, our intent and our optimism. It’s the perfect environment for training. It’s the perfect way to start the day.
