Fun with Friends

Congratulations and best wishes to Claire, who is getting married this weekend! We hope you have a wonderful day and enjoy your time away. We look forward to having you back in three weeks!


There are still a lot of people who haven't weighed in on the Christmas party date. The links are below for anyone who has a second. If you're not sure and don't want a plan made around you, please select Either.


Preferred Daybreak Christmas Party date:




Next week Andy is going to be away from Tuesday to Saturday, which will result in a couple of minor changes to the Daybreak schedule. Greg has very generously agreed to run the Tuesday session, based on a plan Andy will prepare. Thank you Greg - you're a superstar!! Poppy will be running the Balmain session on Thursday, which means there won't be a session in Glebe. Poppy will also run Friday in Glebe in Andy's absence. 



With Spring underway the mornings are becoming easier and motivation may be starting to return. There's no better time to introduce a friend to Daybreak, and let them reap the benefits of getting fit and strong in an outdoor bootcamp... so for the rest of Spring the following incentive is on offer:


  1. Bring a new or returning friend along.

  2. They get a two week free trial.

  3. If they decide to continue after that, you both get 4 weeks half price.

  4. You'll then have another friend at training, which is the biggest benefit of all.
