Hi and welcome to the weekend! I do hope you've had an amazing week, and I hope that as you look back over what you've achieved you feel a sense of pride and accomplishment... That includes your non training endeavours and training activities alike! Reflecting on what we have achieved and where we want to be is often a big key to success, and your success is a key part of what I do. So asking you to reflect is something you'll hear me say often. If you hit your goals, I want to give you a giant pat on the back. It's worth celebrating when we manage to set out to achieve what we intended, despite busy lives, work pressures, family commitments and any number of demands that are placed on your time. If you didn't, I'd like to encourage you to have one week in which you acknowledge that it will be a struggle, but that you'll push through and hit those training sessions you want to get to. One week only. You'll be glad you made the effort because ticking off goals is always so rewarding and fills you with a sense of achievement.

For those of you who were at training on Wednesday, you got to meet Poppy, who is going to be taking over the Wednesday class, and will also run a Yoga class at 7am on Wednesdays. This starts next week, so make sure that you get along to meet her and check out her Yoga sessions. She comes very highly recommended!

Finally... Please don't forget to keep the date of the 4th of December from 1pm free.: Our Christmas party will be on at the Merton Hotel in Rozelle. As I said last week, it's always a fun day, so make sure you don't miss it! I look forward to seeing you at Daybreak!! Andy

Hi everyone,

Wow! I'm exhausted! It's been such a hectic week, but here we are... At the end of the first week of Daybreak Fitness! It's been a challenging week, but a week of exciting new beginnings and encouraging moments! I want to thank each of you for the sessions you trained, the support that you've showed (not just to me, but to each other too!) and the enthusiasm with which you've approached this new venture! It's made this busy week truly memorable for me!

Firstly, I'd like to welcome Ruby and Kat to the group! It was so great to see you both get through your first training session, make some new connections and works hard. I hope that you both feel welcome, as well as a sense of achievement for surviving that first training session!

Please remember to keep December the 4th free for our Christmas lunch. We'll be at the Merton Hotel from 1pm, and you'll know from previous years that our end of year get together is always fun!

On that note I'll bid you an awesome weekend! Don't forget tomorrow at 7am at Ballast Point to get your weekend off to a great start!

Hi everyone!

Firstly, I want to say how excited I am to see some of you back outside training in groups from last week and even more joining this week! I want to encourage everyone who is willing and able to get back into it, as it will help you reconnect with the group and build your fitness back up! It's been positive to see the enthusiasm and enjoyment of the people who've already been training, and I'm sure that this will increase over the coming weeks, as confidence increases and more people become fully vaccinated.

To see what's been happening please have a look at the Social Media pages on Instagram and Facebook and you'll see what's been going on over the last two weeks. I can assure you that the training you know and are used to will continue, within the parameters that we are allowed.

Please know that your safety is paramount to us as we get everyone back to training. There may be some limitations initially, as we are committed to cleaning and to safety to ensure that we return to training in a way that doesn't set us back in the longer term, but our focus is to be back to full operation as soon as is safely possible.

Have an awesome weekend everyone, and I can't wait to see you in person soon!
